Fit

Our preacher gave an incredible sermon today and I want to challenge you to the challenge he gave us.



For the next 6 weeks we will be studying how to make changes in our lives that will enhance our physical, mental, financial, emotional, relational, and spiritual well-being.



Because of my recent challenges with back, hip and leg problems and the possibility of surgery, I was really challenged to get started on a healthy eating plan. I did start on Friday, January 8, and have lost about 6 lbs so far. I need to do this whether I have surgery or not.
